Amon Jets – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 31st 2025
By using Amon Jets (the “Broker”) services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Amon Jets acts solely as an intermediary, connecting Clients with licensed aircraft operators (“Operators”) and does not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft.
1. Role & Disclosures
Amon Jets acts as an indirect air carrier, arranging charter services on behalf of the Client—not as the pilot or Operator. You will be notified of this status prior to booking, as required under DOT Part 295
The legal name of the Operator in operational control.
Amon Jets’ role as Broker acting on behalf of the Client.
Whether the Broker carries liability insurance (and policy limits), or if you’ll rely on the Operator’s coverage
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings remain subject to Operator confirmation and availability. Price quotes are estimates until confirmed.
Payments must adhere to terms in the Charter Quote. Failure to pay per schedule may result in cancellation or suspension of service.
3. Operator Compliance & Safety
Each flight is operated under an FAA Part 135 certificate or equivalent regulatory authority in the destination jurisdiction, as mandated by FAA regulation (Part 135 for U.S. operations)
Brokers must ensure Operators are in good standing, and verify credentials such as Air Operator Certificate (AOC), insurance, and safety audit status.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations follow the Operator’s policy as specified in the Charter Quote.
Amon Jets assists in facilitating refunds but is not responsible for Operator penalties or fee retention.
5. Liability & Indemnification
Amon Jets disclaims liability for any injury, delay, accident, or loss arising from the Operator’s services.
Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Amon Jets, its affiliates, officers, and agents against all claims or losses stemming from Client’s breach, including legal fees and regulatory fines.
Insurance Disclosure (as required by DOT 14 CFR §295.24)
Amon Jets LLC is a private jet charter broker and does not operate aircraft. All flight services are provided by licensed and insured third-party air carriers that maintain operational control of flights and are certificated under FAA Part 135 or applicable foreign civil aviation authorities.
Amon Jets does not carry liability insurance for aircraft operations or passenger transportation. All liability coverage related to charter flights is provided by the aircraft Operator. Upon request, Amon Jets will provide the Operator’s name and details of their insurance coverage prior to booking.
6. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate passenger and trip details, valid travel documents, and comply with Operator policies and applicable customs/immigration rules.
Clients are responsible for any fines, penalties, or costs due to regulatory non-compliance by their passengers.
7. Force Majeure
Neither Amon Jets nor the Operator is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control: weather, acts of government, strikes, terrorism, or other force major events.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Amon Jets will only share personal data as required to fulfill flight bookings or to comply with legal obligations (e.g. customs/immigration authorities). Confidential client data will be protected according to applicable data privacy laws.
9. Insurance
While Amon Jets typically does not insure flights, the Operator will carry liability insurance covering passengers and third-party damages. Client may request insurance details and policy limits.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or through courts in New Jersey, at Amon Jets’ discretion.
Prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees.
11. Modifications
Amon Jets reserves the right to update these Terms upon written notice to Client. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
This document and any Charter Quote form the entire agreement between Client and Amon Jets. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
